An unusual dream and playing with crayons.

I've been busy as usual,I think when the kids are out of school I'm actually more busy! I only have my daughter left in the nest and she's 13 so I'm just trying to enjoy her because I know time goes by fast! We went away for the weekend, which was really relaxing. We had an out of town wedding but we just made a weekend out of it. I just sat by the pool all day. Of course I brought my journal with me but a sweet lady caught my ear all afternoon so I didnt get much done as far as journaling. Hope everyone else is enjoying summer! Have a great week.

Oh these are wonderful! My favorite is the top one with the 'tears' and the small birds. Beautiful!

Buffy you asked if I was taking a new journal class. Yes, but funny thing is it has nothing to do with these pages. I am taking Kelly Kilmer's collage class, but in this journal I am just playing with different colors, different images, different ideas!! :)

Hey Buffy - love these new pictures, especially the top one with the runny eyes. I was blog hopping today - taking a new route - and stopped by FourRooms - and there you were in the comments!! It's a small world!

These two girls are wonderful. The first girl reminds me of a very sad Indian princess. She would have an interesting story and she is beautiful. Good job. Glad you enjoyed your relaxing getaway!

Buffy, I love your new girls--I love using the watercolor crayons. It's great just to get away for a couple days, isn't it? I'm back, but don't feel very rested :)
